Terms of Service:

++++ GENERAL TERMS ++++
- If Client have requested an order in any kind of way, this means you as the Client have read, understood, and agreed to my, the Artist, terms.
- The Artist have the right to reject any order for any reasons.++++ PRICE & PAYMENT ++++
- Base prices are subject to change at any time.
- All Price are in USD
- Payment through Paypal/TransferWise (Wise)/bymeacoffee/Arty.
- If use Paypal : the Artist will send a invoice to the Client through Paypal.
- If use Paypal : any payment before I send an invoice will be accepted as donation.
- Full payment (for commission below $50) after the sketch had been approved by the Client.
- Partial payment (for commission above $50), minimum 50%, after the sketch had been approve by the Client. The rest of payment will be paid after the Client approved the previewed artwork.
- Do not send any payment before the Artist have approved a slot and requested payment or sent an invoice.++++ REFUND ++++
- Payments are non refundable if the Client cancel after the sketch phase had been approved.
- Refunds will be given, IF the Artist unable to finish the Client's commission in 30days after payment.
- The Artist reserves the right to cancel a commission and issue a refund due to poor communication, harassment, or unforeseen inability to complete the commission.++++ PROCESS & DELIVERY++++
- The turn around time around 3-14days, maximum 30days, depend on health factors, the details of the art, revisions, and on the queue.
- Client will regularly receive Work In Progress (WIP) in interval of 1-3 days.
- You can ask for a livestream on Work in progress.
- Must have reference/prepared the character design and outfits and accessories. If not there will be extra charge for character/fashion design.
- It would help, if the Client can send the Artist a reference of the pose the Client want. Because the Artist's first language isn't English.
- Commission piece are digital.
- Finished previewed artworks will be sent Low Res with watermark.
- Finished High Res files will be sent as zip files and the Client will receive a link to download via email after the client has fully paid the commission.++++ REVISIONS ++++
- Revision 2 times on sketch, 3 minor revision in the work in process.
- Revisions more than given, will cost extra 10% from your total commission price.++++HOW TO ORDER++++
- Private message or email the Artist to ask if the Artist is able to work on the Client's commission.
- After the Artist agree, the Client have to send an order using the FORM below

- Please wait until the Artist approved a slot and requested payment or sent an invoice through paypal.

- The Artist retains all copyrights over the commissioned artwork on Personal Use commission.
- The Artists will not profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you break any of the terms.
- The Artist reserves the right to post the commissioned work online, in their portfolio, and in other publications.__ ++++ CLIENT'S RIGHTS ++++ __
- Clients do not need to request permission from the Artist to post commissions to a personal gallery, social media, etc. as long as the Artist's watermark/signature remains unedited on the image.
- Clients may not mint, sell, or otherwise offer work by the Artist as non-fungible tokens (NFTs) or in any other form of digital commodity on a blockchain and/or offered for cryptocurrency.__In Personal use commission :__
- Clients may not make profits from the commissioned piece, such as reselling, redistributing, making prints, etc.__In Commercial use commission :**
- Clients have the full right to use the artworks for selling example : prints, book covers, merchandise, etc.
- Streaming banners, youtube/twitch banners, MV arts/illustration, arts for scheduled streams are considered Commercial use.
- Client may ask for the artist to not publish or postpone the publishing of the art in the Artist's portfolio/other publications.
